WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

The Vigilance Institute VIGILPOL Società Coop. a r. l., in compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, Regulation 2016/679 or GDPR, Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, and the Guidelines on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and the protection of persons reporting breaches of national regulatory provisions procedures for the submission and management of external reports – ANAC, has established an internal Communication channel for reporting actual or suspected violations without fear of retaliation and with maximum respect for the protections provided to the whistleblower.

To this end, the Legality Whistleblowing IT platform has been adopted for the submission and management of internal reports, accessible at the following link: https://vigilpol.segnalazioni.net/.

An information notice and policy have also been created with the aim of:

• Promoting a corporate culture based on transparency, responsibility, and integrity; 
• Establishing and making known the internal reporting channel; 
• Defining responsibilities regarding the management process of reports; 
• Illustrating the protections provided for the whistleblower and the protection system in accordance with the regulations; 
• Illustrating the sanctioning system provided by the regulations against the Company and the whistleblower.
